Acceptable Terms for Return
1.Product is damaged or defective
2.Product is not what you ordered
3.Product quality does not meet your satisfaction
4.You ordered the wrong product
Conditions for Returns
1.Request must be made within 30 days of ship date
2.You must call for a Return Authorization (RA) Number before returning any products
3.Product must be in original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for complete refund.
4.Product must be returned within 15 days of the RA# being issued.

*80% or less for any other reason or for used products.
*0% if purchased more than 60 days ago
It is the customers responsibility for shipping costs on all returns other than defective or damaged items. Items that are refused or marked "Return to Sender" will have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund total.
Items covered by Manufacture Warranty will require assisstance from our customer service staff. Please give us a call at 828-646-3646 and we will be happy to help in deciding if it needs to be returned to us or the manufacturer. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to return to either place.
All damaged products will be replaced by us at no additional cost to you. If a replacement product is sent as well as a return label and we do not receive the damaged product back within 15 days of replacement being received then you will be charged for the un-returned product without notice.
1. Call us at 828-646-3646 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number within 30 days of the original ship date. You must provide the following information when requesting an RA#
*Reason for Return
*Your Contact information including a daytime phone number incase we need to call you about your return.
2. Verify that the merchandise being returned meets the Conditions for Returns
3.Return the merchandise via UPS, FED EX, or USPS (Delivery Confirmation) and insured within 15 days of receiving the RA#. We will send you a return label at no additional charge for damaged or defective merchandise. Products returned but not received by S & S Hunting are the sole resposability of the customer. Use a trackable, and insured shipping method for your protection.

Credit will be issued after we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued.
There will be a $10 charge per oversized item in addition to the normal calculated shipping charge.
